Hi everyone. After two successful outings in my boat without dying it was now time to sail Puddle Jumper properly with both sails up. This represented a significant challenge and would be a day to remember.

Having already been across to Kawau and back once using the motor and a single sail I was now determined to do it the way a real sailor would. I was fairly sure it would work out ok but again, this entire adventure has been a series of “firsts” so I knew anything could really happen on the day. I try to minimise risks as much as I can but eventiually you have to go on faith.
